The beautiful city of Wells in Somerset is home

to a friendly hockey club -WELLS CITY ACORNS, where all ages and abilities are welcome.

Founded in 1998, the club plays home matcheson the ATP at the Sports Developement Centre,Blue School, Kennion Road, Wells, and spends its'social time at Wells Rugby club. 

The club has 1 ladies team playing in West Club Women's Hockey league playing every Saturday in the Sedgemoor area through the season Sept - March. 

Then through the summer months in a Mendip local teams Summer league.  Wells City Acorns Ladies also coach a thriving girls junior section with years 7 to years 11 participating.Local matches and tournaments are available for these girls. 

The emphasis of Wells City Acorns Ladies Hockey club is for fun, enjoyable but competitive hockey for friends.
